3-12-21   THOUGHTS

Ps 8:4  What is man that You take thought of him, And the son of man that You care for him?
This age old question from David is pleasant to our ears!  It implies that GOD CARES!
The old song “Does Jesus Care?” refrains “Oh yes he cares I know he cares...”

Ps 56:8-13   You have taken account of my wanderings; Put my tears in Your bottle. Are they not in Your book? 9  Then my enemies will turn back in the day when I call;
This I know, that God is for me. 10  In God, whose word I praise, In the LORD, whose word I praise, 11  In God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me? 12  Your vows are binding upon me, O God; I will render thank offerings to You. 13  For You have delivered my soul from death, Indeed my feet from stumbling, So that I may walk before God In the light of the living.

Rev 7:17
 for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes."
Mal 3:16  Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who esteem His name.
Ps 144:3   O LORD, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You think of him?

Church, here’s where it matters most!  God’s great MINDFULNESS in JESUS!  IT’S FOR US!
Heb 2:6-9    But one has testified somewhere, saying, "WHAT IS MAN, THAT YOU REMEMBER HIM? OR THE SON OF MAN, THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT HIM? 7  "YOU HAVE MADE HIM FOR A LITTLE WHILE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS; YOU HAVE CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOR, AND HAVE APPOINTED HIM OVER THE WORKS OF YOUR HANDS; 8  YOU HAVE PUT ALL THINGS IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET." For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we do not yet see all things subjected to him. 9
 But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.

My Prayer:
O God of eternity, of heaven and earth, thank you for being mindful of your creation.  We praise you, for you have made us precious in your sight.  You brought your Son to this earth to die in our place.  We know that our shepherd will guide us home.  Help us to speak to one another in love and fellowship.  May our names be written in your book.    In the name of Jesus   Amen
